Can’t connect to EV charger

I am trying to add MyEnergi zappi EV charger to the GivEnergy app but can’t get to the next step. I turn off the Zappi for 10secs then back on (at trip switch) but the Next Step button fails to activate. Any tips gratefully received!

You can’t connect a third party charger to the GE App. It’s only for the forthcoming GE Charger, whenever that arrives!
