Hi

ED2253G119

System has been working flawlessly for the past few months but today, battery charge dropped from 100 > 0%
Both batteries were reporting red lights but I managed to power off/on the secondary battery via the switch on the side. Doing the same on the primary battery had no effect. In the end I flipped the breaker off/on (it hadn't tripped) and the battery started up again.

Seems to be behaving now but first time the system has ever done this. I've read in other posts it can be caused by a 'over voltage'. Anyone over at Giv able to check this?
If so, is there something I should be doing to prevent this going forwards?

I did upgrade the battery firmware a couple of months ago and inverter firmware a couple of weeks ago, now at Inverter firmware D0.909-A0.909, battery firmware 3012, system id ED2253G119.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks
Peter
