BMS update issues - Issue has been identified.
As we are open and transparent, issue below
If the previous FW done was recorded as a BMS type, then another BMS, despite being newer was assumed done and reboot was commenced immediately.
Example last update done was BMS 3012 in May, nothing since, now BMS 3013 in July, is newer, but update never even begins. Direct to reboot on completion.
This explains why some were fine, as there previous update was likely an inverter.
The fix is now in QA, so give it an hour or so. I will report back when its confirmed replicated from development to production.
