Power load-balancing with ac coupled inverter and 9.5kw battery x 2

Hey I’ve had my system for a month or so now which comprises of the following parts:
2 x AC 3000w coupled inverters each with a 9.5kw battery, I have 20 panels each with their own iq7a micro inverter.

When the system was installed I could pull up to 6KW at a time, but after a power cut in my house they seem to be acting on their own with one being idle all the time. Does anyone know how I can get it back to working like it was? It wouldn’t be a major issue aside from the fact it cost more to have this setup, and when I pull more than 3kw from the batteries anything over 3kw comes from the grid which is less than ideal when I have a battery sitting there with 100% charge doing nothing.

For anyone else seeing this issue it was related to one of the inverters having eco mode set and the other one not. Once I enabled it on the other battery it started working fine :-)
