Hello
I've been attempting the latest firmware update for a couple of days now. It keeps failing and my system is for all practical purposes much dead.
The update starts, gets part-way and then fails.
The batteries are flat. I'm running on grid.
The inverter has gone offline a couple of times, most probably my fault as I changed my internet yesterday; however, the update was failing before I started that. I did manage to get it back online.
I'm going to need help on this please.
