Linking Octopus R&D with GivEnergy account and 2FA

I have my GivEnergy account protected with the 2FA option, I’m trying to link this to Octopus R&D however every time I completed all the fields to add the GivEnergy brand it fails saying it can’t retrieve the device data. Is this being caused by the 2FA requirement or should it work and I’m obviously doing something else wrong?

I would think most definitely, working for me without 2fa (2 factor authentication)
