Hi all, I've installed a new job recently and when doing the commission on the battery (the second four) it wouldn't update, all the others updated ok apart from one. I have a tried manual update with several different subs from the other batteries and it still wouldn't update. I then called GivEnergy and they have been trying for a couple of weeks on and off to update online, with no success. I then moved the battery in question to be the master with the battery alone and still nothing. I was told to put the three updated batteries first and the other one last and today it is still not updating. I will call again tomorrow but I thought id put this on here see if anyone could help? I've done everything that GivEnergy have advised, sent pictures etc, and still cant get it to update to finish my commission. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
