Second battery won't turn on after discharge caused by power cut

Gen1 3.6 inverter, 2 x 2.7 Gen1 batteries. A couple of days ago, we had a brief (5 min) powercut. Around this time it looks like both batteries turned themselves off, presumably to protect themselves. I noticed this yesterday evening and turned them both back on - they were at a very low (2%) charge and didn't charge at this point due to a lack of solar. Second battery turned itself off again during the night, and this morning won't turn back on - pressing and holding the power button does nothing - no lights or beeps.

I have contacted support and they have done something remotely, but the battery has not yet turned back on, although the first battery appears to be doing a calibration charge.

At the time that support was looking, the battery briefly reported some stats to the app, but the portal shows BMS Voltage High and BMS Over Voltage notification.

Is there anything else that @TheDragon (GivEnergy) or others might be able to suggest before sitting through the support queue again?

Switching off the battery breaker and then back on has allowed the battery to come back to life - hurray!

Unfortunately I’ve now got one battery at 100% and one at 0% - hopefully the system will decide to charge the second battery at some point.
