Let’s say 5am to 11pm
The solar immediately starts putting energy back to the grid, and not to the battery.
Let me know your thoughts
Don't use scheduled discharge unless you've got some automation outside of GE system.
Just search for discharge and read the many topics about the issues with this feature.
It will get better with newer firmware (to come soon) but for now, it's not the best mode to use unless you really understand what's going on.
Use eco mode and add a timed charge if you have cheap off peak electric
