Hi.
Over a few nights we have seen that the battery charge level has dropped down to its low level (65% to 10%) over the course of about 40 minutes. This happens at 2am when there is nothing causing a draw of power in the house. What could be causing this?

There's been an awful lot of chat about this over the last month or two. In fact a new BMS firmware update has been released by GE. Latest update should be 3013. If you're not on it yet, update your firmware, or get your installer back, or call the nice people at GE support.
