I registered two smart plugs several months ago and had to create an account with GE.
I now have a GivEnergy solar/inverter/battery system with a separate account created by GE.
Now I’m struggling to de-register smart plugs to link to new account.
Any ideas how to?
I have no clue im afraid, I do have an inquiry though, have tested these at all vs a dumb energy monitor to test accuracy over a period of time. All the ones I have tried have sucked, never tracked usage properly and at the end of a gaming session were 500-1,000w usage lower than the dumb energy monitor.
I don't know why its so difficult to find something like a dumb energy monitor that has wifi, either store the live data to transmit or transmit live.
