Hi, my battery status is idle. This happened last week after using octopus R&D lab, seems the same issue ie it's not returned to eco mode despite settings showing that it is enabled! I contacted help desk last week and they fixed it, but they are closed today! I have tried changing/re setting every setting and returning to default settings, turned every on and off again and cannot get out of this idle state. Can anyone help?! (I will not be using R&D lab again!)

I think if you force an export using R&D it does not return to Eco (know fault, though it may now be fixed), but when I had the same problems a few months ago I went to Home Assistant.
I also suffered problems with the Octo servers either not issuing the signal or the signal not getting to the GivEnergy servers and the same signal then not getting passed on and/or not arriving via the internet.
Home Assistant is my server on my network, so does not have the above issues.

Does Octo R&D history show Eco sent?
Does GE portal history show Eco command received.

Suggest you reset everything on the portal other than Eco to disabled, make sure no conflicting settings if you are using phone app and then restart inverter via the GE portal.

I had a similar problem. Issued a couple of inverter restarts through the portal and that seemed to clear it.

Thanks both. Tried all those things, multiple times. No idea what worked in the end, but it's all back to normal now.

Hey, out the blue my batteries have decided to do the same, typically the weekend before Christmas. Any idea's what fixed? I'm on 3015.
