Why is the solar exporting to grid?

Hi, just checking in on the solar as its such a great day!
I noticed it is exporting electric rather than filling the battery, how do I set it so that the battery is first filled before the expport takes place. Battery currently at 30%.

I have found that you need to set it on Eco mode, but without "Timed Discharge".
For some reason if "Timed Discharge" is enabled, it appears to just export excess Solar PV generation to the grid.

Thank you, will try this.

I've been seeing this too last few days. Currently, I'm generating 2.0 kW, using 0.2 kW in the house, charging the battery 0.3 kW and exporting 1.6 kW. Battery is at 46%. It's been doing this all day.

I've got the mode set to "Mode 1 - Dynamic" in the app. I don't seem to have an "Eco" option. Smart Charge is Off.

It's a nice, sunny day so I'd expect to be able to charge my battery fully but instead the grid is getting it for free!

@lloydsmart If some charge is going to the battery (you say 0.3kW) then it possible that the maximum charge rate isn't set correctly. You can't change that in the app and have to do it on the web portal, it's under the inverter settings, that's where you'll also find the 'eco' setting which is equivalent to mode 1 in the app.
