Individual battery percentages don't match the overall

Not sure if this is normal or not. I have two 5.1kw batteries. When the overall power gets low, say 4% if you look at each battery in the app they typically say around 14%. Is this normal?

It may be normal. The battery percentages get reported in slightly different ways, in different places. The values normally reported as being 4-100% are actually something like 14%-90%, in absolute terms (i.e. the ACTUAL battery values), due to the safety buffer zones at the top and bottom. GE loves to makes things just a bit weird and complicated, to keep us on our toes.
