failed update

i tried to do the update after i saw the tab when went in to the system to change the amount the grid charges the battery over night and now nothing is working im taking all my power from the grid any ideas what i can do to get this working again ?

i called givenergy and the really helpful bloke remotely fixed the problem 🙂
