Hi, Tried charging battery overnight on cheap rate tarriff for first time last night. Unsuccesful. Thought I had enabled and set correct schedule through pirtal. Anything i may have missed? Thanks

Dont worry - was a user error!! Have managed to resolve, although portal not as intuitive or user friendly as it could be...

We've all been there!

Just one thing... I set up a one-off charge one night to take account of Octopus paying us to take their electricity. Next day, I turned off the Timed Charge. I am certain I did it correctly because I double checked (disabled and hit the submit button then went in later to make sure all was OK). However, I got the charge on the second night as well. 100% sure it wasn't a user error so always worth checking and rechecking, I have found.
