Won’t accept my API number to register my tariff

I know nothing about how to use this forum so please forgive me if I don’t understand or get it right. Had panel in June and tried a few times to register but I get frustrated and give up. But I don’t understand things that the app is telling me or even if my panels and battery are working properly.
I have changed the code a few times when it says incorrect code, but that didn’t help.
Is my battery supposed to say 100 percent full but it only says 2 percent or is that 2 percent usage? How do I know if my battery is full or empty. Not sure this is working.

You will need to tell us what inverter you have, type and gen; what batteries you have, type and gen; what inverter firmware and which BMS you have installed. Also who is your energy supplier. Post that and someone will pick it up and try to help - they are a very helpful bunch on here.
