Not sure if I'm being blind or stupid. But I can't seem to find an option/setting to change my app dashboard unit from W to Kwh.
Also as a side question, is it worth switching to octopus flux over the winter period?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Flux : depends on you set up and objective(s).
Been on it since May and sticking thru winter to see what happens.
The app dashboard gives power in Watts up to 999W and then kW above that.
kWh are available in the bar chart display of the app.
We're on Flux at the moment. Bear in mind that the cheap rate only lasts three hours. This may or may not be long enough for a complete battery charge. One needs to husband the battery SOC to avoid importing during peak rate as the sun gets lower and dimmer.
Do you have an EV? If so, Intelligent Octopus is available to you. 31p daytime, 7.5p 23:30 to 05:30, plus export is 15p KWh.
When you plug your car into charge, octopus creates an intelligent charging plan so you might get quite a few off peak rates during the day as well. I've included a screenshot of my last charge. 
Karl340 I’m on flux as well and in fact was looking at my figures this morning to work out what I’m going to do.

I don’t have a car but I do have an ASHP that typically consumes about 10-20kW/day in winter so when I turn the heating on the figures will change dramatically.
Whilst I’m still generating enough to fill the battery most days, now with a cheap rate overnight partial top up I plan to remain on flux for the 28p export rate that’s enabling me to make a profit every day. As the solar drops to the point that I have to more or less rely on the cheap rate period and stop exporting I plan to change, either to Cosy, Economy 7 or Tracker. I’m hoping to not change onto Tracker until December and then be on tracker for 3 months then back to flux.
Gotta look at winter solar predictions next …
