Generation numbers don't match.

Can anyone tell me why these two circled numbers are not the same? I'm pretty certain the lower one is wrong.

I just checked mine and it was the same as yours, too low. I skipped back a day and then back to today and it seems to be correct now

Honestly, outside of the meter info in your inverter page everything else is completely useless mate.

This is correct for yesterday (matches the meter data).

This is completely different.

There's no point in them providing stats if they can't get them more or less right.

I emailed GivEnergy and they replied in < 15 minutes to say it's a known display bug that's being fixed.

If you leave the portal open after refreshing, then go look at Energy or power graphs after some period of time (let's say an hour), they don't keep auto refreshing like the top section. You have to manually refresh the energy, power, solar prediction widgets to get latest data. There is a refresh wheel in the top left of each widget that is invisible (I know... UX!) until you hover over the widget itself with the mouse.

Even then there is lag on energy chart, as it computes data at half hour slots, and sometimes lags 2 or so slots for "processing".

Even then, the data in those half hour slots can change historically after processing. I don't know why, but consensus is either we shouldn't care or "that's life"...

Oh and last "even then" - the energy report isn't as accurate as you want. Read Inverter Settings > Meter data for actual meter readings. That is only daily though, every 5 mins.
