I have the AIO and this has been working well. I've always been able to see the information through the app on the local server but recently it just won't connect so I can only see the cloud info. In the settings it shows the IP address etc, does anyone know have any idea what the issue could be? TIA
Common issue, usually requires a restart of the aio, at least it has for me, I think I have gotten away with just pressing hte button on the side of the aio to turn it off then turn it back on.
It CAN rectify itself given time but length is unknown, could be quick and could be slow, you could also try restarting whatever the lan cable is plugged into.
This is why I have a network switch, can reboot it instead of whole hub which is the modem as well but you could try removing the network cable and then inserting it again to see if it comes to life as well.
