Timed Battery Discharge Export Issue

Hi all,

I have recently tried to set my Battery Dicharge to 'Home Demand' from 07:00 - 00:01 however as soon as i switch to this setting from 'Dynamic' the system immediately sends my stored power to my Iboost device and then begins discharging the battery to grid.

I have checked the settings from the give energy cloud web browser and have checked that 'Timed Export' is disabled so i am a bit puzzled as to why this is happening. As soon as i put the settings back to dynamic it stops exporting.

Has anyone else had this issue or have i missed something simple?

Any help would be appreciated.

What kit, and what are you trying to achieve.
I am Gen1 Hy5.0 and 9.5kWhr battery on Eco7.

Use the portal and not the app.
If you are charging from midnight to 07:00 set timed charge with those times.
Turn timed discharge and timed export off.
Turn Eco on.
That will charge battery offpeak and then minimise grid import until midnight.
