Hi All

I have the 9.5 kWh AC 3. I've been following all the firmware stuff since my January install and been VERY hesitant to touch my system on 3007, as frankly it runs fine. I haven't had any SoC drops though I struggle to believe I am getting my full 9.5kWh capacity based on how quickly the battery seems to drain - even still I am steering clear until I read good news.

Anyway, is there a reason I no longer have the ability to upgrade 3007? I don't want to because frankly I think it might make an OK situation BAD, but I used to have a button. Is that now at the behest of GE Support only?

Also - is there a theory as it why some people suffer the SoC issue, and others like me don't? Is it a hardware thing or a behavioural thing (meaning how you use it)?

This has also been removed from my hybrid system which is on BMS 3008. I presume the update function will return when BMS 3013 returns.

Just read on Facebook that GE have stopped remote updates until they resolve some issues.
