Energy Graph Pie-Chart.

Suddenly this morning I cannot bring up the Energy graph display on the GivEnergy portal. It just says "WHOOPS there was an error......"
Has anybody else come across this today?

AT 12.15pm has started working again, But no data from 10.00am.
Same with the iOS app. No data after 10.00am

Same. Whoever does the web coding is incompetent.

Its no doubt related to the spam messaging for some crappy energy company GivEnergy are getting commission from....

Just LOL, it was somewhat accurate on usage before but now, good god, wth are they doing.

Supposed to be a breakdown of total usage not adding everything together and saying this was your energy.

They had to have done something last night regarding portal page as when I woke up I had red numbers on my inverter, edit dashboard, known issues as well as the new popup for new energy thing that they want you to sign up to with ZERO information on how it works.

Also with the unreliability of their batteries they shouldn't be doing this type of thing at all.

LOL I decided to look at October, this is the first time im seeing 30kwh bar on this chart let alone the 40kwh one

My max usage in a day is 14-16 and it should be breaking that down into little bars not adding them together, do they test this stuff internally or what???

Glad to know I am not alone!!
Also, twice in the middle of the night my system helped itself to 0.34kWh from the mains, and placed it into my battery. I had the battery set to minimum 5%. It dropped to zero, so I guess the fail-safe took a measure from the mains to try to protect the battery. I must say, I thought the idea of setting the lower limit was to stop power draw from the battery below the 5% (or 4%, whatever...)

There is something going on that we are not being made aware of.........

Ive had nothing since after 10pm but I rarely look at it as its not evenly remotely close to being accurate at all.

It is back now on my dashboard, 16:35, 03/11/23.
