I have 2 smart plugs that go offline periodically and have to be reconnected to the wifi. This is typically a painful experience but 2 weeks ago the garage heater plug went offline and will not reconnect. Ive tried at least 40 times, with 4 android devices (7.1, 7.1.1, 8.0 & LineageOS 15.1) and non of the can get it back online.

Anybody else had issues that they were able to solve?

I bought it from Ebay using a deleted account.
