CE2231G418 - Error

App is showing 0w on home page for solar house and battery with 2 w being output to the grid.
The Givenergy cloud portal shows the error CE2231G418 on the My Inverter page.

Not seen this before. The settings on the app when set under System Modes tab seem to send and be activated when saved.

What does this code mean? I cannot find any reference to it online. Any suggestions most welcome.

It's now 21.54 and my battery is now showing 0%, as I write this it has gone up to 1%. I used the online portal to set the Inverter to default settings. Waited a good 15 minutes then turned on the Eco mode and timed charge.

Really do not understand what is happening. Please someone, enlighten me.

that looks like your inverters wifi identifier number,
if you log in to the cloud what do you see?

Do you mean that the bar displays CE... Error?
Like this (but obviously with the word error)

The CE number is your inverter serial number, not a fault code. its alerting you to a fault you need to look in the notifications for, so click the expand card button top right, then find the notifications tab for what it is actually upset about:

Thank you for your responses. As a newbie I'm now aware that the CE number identifies the inverter. Good news is everything is up and running. Givenergy help line this morning were able to access the inverter and tell me the problem started yesterday at 1210 and that there was a problem with a meter failure and advised I contact the installer. Installer got back to me mid-day today and got me to check the meters, all were without power. The problem was that at 1210 yesterday I turned off the downstairs lighting circuit to work on replacing inset ceiling downlight with new lighting fixtures and guess what, the meters were wired to the lighting circuit!

Finished off lights install this afternoon, turned on the circuit and all is well.
