Octopus Go smart tariff

I thought i had added Octopus Go as a smart tariff to my 5.2kw battery ,/ invertor (installed Nov 2nd) but just noticed it's installed myfixed rate tariff instead. Anyone know how to rectify this ?. Thanks Gee Jay

Just message Octopus, they are usually very quick to respond - let them know what you have and ask their opinin on the best tariff for your setup.
I've found them very helpful - it usually gets changed the next day

Did you try and switch to Go online? if you have an export tariff setup it can prevent it, you may need to ask Octopus to sort it out. If you're on the 15p/kWh export version the switch to Go will fail shortly after it says it's started.
