Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this?
I've seen posts with lower SOC going down, but my batter dropped from about 40% (late at night prior to off-peak charge period).

It recovered a bit - to about 4%, then increased to about 12%.

There was no over/under BMS error that I did see before - one of each about 2 months apart, one in August and one in October.

We normally run our battery up and down - charging where we can from panels and off-peak so get's exercised daily across about 60% of it's capacity.

Any thoughts/advice on alerting Givenergy to a potential issue gratefully accepted.
