AIO Force Discharge stops at 25% SOC?

Ive been discharging my battery on a timed schedule for the Savings Session tonight. All seemed to be going well but just before 6pm my battery went into ‘idle’. All attempts to force it to discharge do the same (so all energy is now coming back in from the grid). If I set the system back to ´Dynamic’ and let it run normally, it begins to power the house again.

Is this usual behaviour? I expected it to discharge until the 4% minimum I had set.

Is there a reserve set?

That’s the battery protect, I was wondering if you had a reserve for power cuts figure.

Hi kram, thank you for replying. I suspected maybe something like that as it was exactly 25%. I'll have to make sure its topped up more before the next session.
