My system has been offline for two days now. I have tried resetting the wifi dongle - still offline, I have tried removing it for 5 minutes and after replacing it, still offline. I tried working through the guide and the App is awful! It is not designed to display on a smartphone screen, it's too small, and if you try zooming in you end up having to scroll around the screen and it often resets to the normal small view.
The instructions are not clear if you have to reset the password or not after the admin, admin screen.
I take it I could do this on a laptop if I connect to the private WiFi ?
And while I am ranting as to how shoddy the app is Why is there no RJ45 option to connect to a network by ethernet
