Battery not discharging

Battery was working fine until October but since then it sits at 100% charge and does not discharge.
Please help.
It is a total brick it not charging/discharging.
Not had long.

Have you accidentally turned eco mode off ? Or paused discharging ?

On the portal inverter settings, there's a way to reset all parameters to their defaults - this might be worth a try.

What hardware do you have installed ? Is it a relatively new system, or has it been working correctly for a while ?
