Solcast API key non persistence.

I registered with Solcast and integrated it with my Givenergy Cloud. This worked ok for s few days but now each time I use the Givenergy clou I have to enter all my details including the API key. I find the Solcast integration useful for seeing how much sun is due over the next few days and tweak by battery charging to suit.
Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong / what settings I need to adjust?

There is no setting, it should work or not but I find nearer midnight ill get the ol "whoops something went wrong" thing, very odd.
