My inverter has gone off line for no obvious reason - i haven't had this for months. (It would be just at the start of an octopus saving session!) the dongle is flashing blue. I have tried to restart the inverter, but it won't do it because it says its offline. Does any one know how to find the network key for the inverter wifi (AC3 unit) so I can try to connect manually?

Hi Karen. That's very strange as mine went off line too! Just as I was about to start exporting for the saving session.
I managed to get it going again after about 10 minutes, so only lot around 10 minutes of the saving session.
I wonder if the portal was overloaded as everyone started exporting?
My inverter went offline this afternoon as I was trying to end a short top-up import session ahead of this evening's 4-7 peak (I was unaware of the saver session at that point in time). Came back online after a few minutes. Never had this before so maybe a server overload as suggested.
