I had a notification 2 days ago that Givenergy were going to carry out a battery calibration and to leave it for a few hours and would let me know when completed. I haven't heard anything, is it finished? Do they actually let customers know?
I've always received a notification on the portal and the app when the calibration has completed. There should be some lines in the Remote Control History part of the portal:
