Battery not going below 13%

Giv Hybrid 5.0 and GivBat 9.5

My battery SOC never seems to go below 13% despite the reserve operating range being set to only 4%. Shouldnt it use everything down to 4%?

My 9.5 goes to around 7% then a very slow drain to around 5%

Think ive only seen it once at 4% but unsure i would have to check

Seems strange at 13% that's defo not right
