Discharge stopping during energy saving sessions

Sorry if this has been covered but I am new to my solar / battery install so not entirely sure what to search for.
I am setting the timed discharge to the time of the session and seeing that after 30mins or last night 45 or so mins that the app shows that 0w is being discharged from the battery and the grid is supporting the home demand. I looked through the inverter settings and saw that the 'Discharge Power' was 0w instead of the usual 3600w.
Do you know what i am doing wrong? is there another way to ensure a full hour of full battery discharge during these periods?

Hi Similar happened to me the other day, i was using the Octopus RnD platform to set up my import/export behavour, not sure why it glitched out and then reset back to using grid power and not battery (there was plenty), seemed to correct itself after a couple of hours (after peak) an then hasnt happened since.

Cheers Charlie for confirming it isnt just me doing something wrong 🙂 the last few have been ok for me as well so i assume a glitch as you say

I used R&D for a while but as they say it is beta.
I also experience times when either R&D did not send the signal, GivEnergy did not receive it and/or pass it on, or my inverter did not receive it due to internet vagaries.
For these reasons I went to HA. My server on my network.
