First time commissioning of all in one and Gateway

Just about to commission my first AIO - any tips

Mine was commissioned last month. Be prepared for several calls to GE support - the commissioning process (particularly the firmware updates) froze several times and had to be stepped on by GE.

First thing it will do is dump all of its charge - so perhaps have some electric heaters available to consume the dump rather than export to grid.

If it's anything like a hybrid, don't use a mobile phone to do the commissioning. Use a laptop.

When connecting to the inverter hotspot, android and apple phones seem quite unreliable as they try to hop to another network (e.g. back to 4G or other WiFi networks) as they think the signal is better - which really isn't useful at that moment. 🫤
