I want to setup this tariff but I get an error message saying that Octopus cannot connect to the battery. Amongst other things, the message asks to check the battery is fully set up. As I am new to this, I am unsure how to do this. I have updated to the latest firmware, but that it all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
