Does anybody know a fix to kick my batteries (4x 2.6kWh) back into life?
The only way I can get them to discharge is on a timed demand with the discharge limit set to 500W to match my demand, otherwise they discharge at max rate. I though that it might be the current clamp, but the system can read the home demand...

I've tried restore to defaults on web portal, multiple reboots, power down for 30mins.
Last night I left the system to discharge and all four batteries went to 0%, I was expecting it to stop at 4%.

Battery voltages are within 0.4v of each other.

Typically this has happened during the holiday period...

Any ideas? Can I change the master battery to any of them if they are the same size?

I've had to write my own node-red flow to adjust the discharge rate every 20s to match the difference between solar and consumption.
