Struggling to get the Gateway dongle to register, managed to get through the setup then restart and does not upload to cloud. Dongle was cycling between connected then not connected. Tried the Lan connection, changed the dip switch but still no joy. Any ideas help appreciated. All in One worked fine.

Using chrome book, is there any settings that perhaps need changed set?
