Charge/discharge oscillation issue

I have an ac coupled charger with two 9.5kw batteries. I have the batteries scheduled to charge from 00:02 – 06:57 on economy 7. All has been well until they charged at 00:02 on new years day. They now charge with an oscillation effect and when the charge schedule stops the batteries then completely discharge at max rate even though I am not using that much electricity, also with an oscillation effect. images below. When the batteries are discharging the app shows the power going to the house, but we are not using that amount of electric. When the batteries are charging the app shows 0w load usage but doesn’t show the charge draw from the grid. I have updated the firmware and is currently on a calibration cycle, but the batteries are still charging intermittently with oscillation.
My first thought was a software issue given we have just gone into 2024 and that is when the issues started.
Anyone have any thoughts?
I have contacted tech support but unable to resolve yet.

It looks like a duplication of a serial number with another model, if you have emailed in please advise of such and the agent will look into this as a cause of fault.

If you havent emailed in, please do and put FAO myself if you'd like and I can take a look at it

so..... i found the problem!

I had a temporary cable running from my garage to my shed. Approx. 150ft, this linked two of the 3 EM115’s I have hooked up. Looks like a fox had chewed the cat5 cable which must have been just before midnight of the new year, fortunately I already had its replacement ready as it was a temporary one. All seems to be working fine so far. its possible the cables were touching as opposed to broken.
