Firmware update and stuck at 100% battery?

I think this seemed to happen after the latest firmware had been downloaded but it's difficult to say. My inverter is stuck on idle and won't use the battery. It started to show some issues a few days ago in that I use predbat to control charging and that had stopped being able to control the inverter charges. I noticed this last night and thought why not just apply the downloaded update as that might clear it but no, it's still stuck and won't calibrate as the battery won't discharge. Any ideas, I have re-started but no changes?

Reboot the inverter and then go to settings and "reset to default". Make sure that ECO is on, and there is nothing else enabled. Probably worth removing any automations from external systems, just in case. Let it settle and report back.

These should be your first steps.

I found a setting which I couldn't see in the portal for battery discharge power set at 0 and since resetting that, it's discharging at full power now. I think predbat left this setting when I'd stepped in to control things manually but interesting I couldn't see it until I revealed all settings or looked in the GivTCP HA output. Think I am all sorted now, thanks, I was going to stop automations and reset to default next.
