As in title. Im about to have EV charger installation next month. Im having givenergy approved installer to do it. Who is responsible to inform DNO about charger installation.
If i would be do it my self (unfortunately i can not) than o course im responsible but if I hire some one to do it is it their responsibility to inform DNO or still property owner responsibility? I can say that i hire professionals to do the job and they should ask if DNO has been informed as they install it.

- Notify us (or another electricity distribution operator) after you have installed the charging equipment within 28 days.
