EV Charger Offline after Groundfailure

Hi, had a couple of issues with the Givenergy EV charger. A "groundleak" once which support said was likely caused by a voltage spike on grid.

Recently had a "groundfailure" (fault 25) and now the charger is offline with no obvious way to get back online.

Just wondering of any experience or advice?

Get the wiring checked and the earth spoke to check it’s all good in the colder weather?

I believe this may be server related at Givs end. Seen a few similar posts on FB this morning.
