As of Thursday night, one of my AC3.0 inverters dropped from normal operation to idle... resulting in no overnight charge or discharge during the day... I have had some help from tech support, but wondered if others have had experienced this. Effectively, my system capacity has halved..
Inverter Firmware updated to 354 and BMS now 3015 for both 8.2kW batteries..
Interestingly as well the PV input figures have gone wobbly as well...showing 0W to 4W input when the PV inverters are generating 400W?..
Some work by GE yesterday resulted in the original Inverter that had gone idle plus connected battery showing amber/red status now in normal operation with green battery status, but the other inverter/battery combination that was working is now idle and unresponsive... ?..
I know the GE dashboard gives nonsense figures for dual installations but the culmalative solar generation figure always has matched the actual generation reported by the PV inverters?..
So now PV generation is going into system, and one battery and inverter is charging/discharging, depending upon load and one is sitting idle. Interestingly last night during the scheduled charge period, both batteries charged, but the idle one immediately discharged once the scheduled charge period ended...
Any idea what's going on please?.. Is the new firmware friendly for dual AC operation?..

System installed and operational since mid 2021
3 PV strings through two GroWatt PV inverters wired in parallel to switchboard
2x AC 3.0s wired in parallel to switchboard both with 1x GE 8.2kW batteries connected.
