Apologies if this is a noddy post. I had an install of Giv Energy batteries by Daylight Energy, who basically went bust after ripping off lots of customer. I have very little information about the installation.
My batteries have started to keep tripping out for noapparent reason. Is there anything I can check ? Is there a telephone number for technical support ?
What do you mean by tripping out? Was your installer backed by HIES?
Have you tried looking at the logs:
On the web app GivEnergy cloud choose "My Inverter" then "Notifications" That might give you a clue.
Or from "My Inverter" then "Remote Control" (small cog icon on top right), then "Jump To Logs".
Is it happening at the same time every day, or is there some event that might be causing it?
