Can anyone please help me out that if you are a cup’s octopus intelligent flux then do you also need to ask for SEG payment or it’s same electricity back selling to octopus or any supplier.
Does it need to ask for its.
Not sure. I have solar panels and batteries generating electricity so it’s only going back to octopus. Please advise

Assuming the panels and battery are your yours and you are not part of an FIT scheme?
If you have your own panels and a battery you should have an MCS certificate from your installer.
You will need to submit your MCS to Octopus when you sign up to export
Pick your tariff and submit the MCS
They may then have to tweak your meter so it is smart
They will then pay you what you export
Octopus intelligent flux has an export component that is SEG.
So, you don't need to sign up for SEG, just octopus intelligent flux.
Likewise applying for the standard octopus flux tariff, again, that has its own export product built in.
Of course to join IOF or OF, as mentioned by Steve, you will need to opt out of any FIT export payments (if you are part of the previous FIT scheme) and switch (at least) the export part of it to Octopus and show them the MCS.
And you'll also need to get an Export MPAN for metered export. The supplier should contact the DNO for that if you've not already got an export MPAN.
They will then probably put you on a standard export rate (again part of SEG) until such time you are ready to switch tariff to IOF.
You can't actually join IOF tariff until all that is done.
