Just, after a few months of operation, taken a look at the gateway info in the cloud and found absolutely nothing. All data showing 0 and 'waiting' in the header. I went in initially to check what software it was running (A0. 005) and came across this lack of data which I'm sure is not what is meant to be there. Reports it was last online a couple of hours ago but scrolling back through the days reveals no system data at all. How do you kick start it or is this not implemented?
