My EV charger is indicating Fault Code 26. I cannot find a way of clearing it and cannot charge my EV as a result. Could you provide some advice please?
Furthermore, on the EV Charger page of the App, my settings for plug and go appear to have ‘greyed’ out and so I lack control of the charger. How do I regain positive control of these setting please? I noticed a post from another user on the advanced (beta) settings, but did not spot a definitive answer. Are these settings currently operational - the toggle to prevent the EV from draining the All in One does not stay selected if you navigate away from the page, for example and the slider appears to have no effect.

Would be grateful for some advice. Thanks.

I am also getting fault code 26 and so are hundreds of other users. The technical help line says it is a known fault and they are getting 50-60 calls a day on this. They have been "working on it" for several weeks and have no idea how long it will take to fix. The fault appears to clear after 15-20 minutes although it is now appearing regularly (I had it 6 times in a day two days ago). I'm about to buy my first EV and will be very unhappy if this stops the charger. working properly.

Thanks Peter - that’s helpful. Yes, the fault clears and so far it hasn’t precluded an EV charge. Hence why I didn’t pursue the topic. However, if you’re about to purchase an EV, then you might find that the other points are relevant too. No reason not to proceed, and reflected elsewhere in the topics, but a couple of the toggles on the ‘Advanced(Beta)’ page do not yet appear to be effective…which is disappointing, because they’re exactly what’s needed to make the system work well. We’ve only just got an EV, so plenty still to discover.
