Was up loft checking on something else when I noticed that Primary battery has a red status led.
We have two batteries, primary of 8KW and secondary 5.5KW.
There is no indication of what fault is in app and temperature and voltage looks normal.
Any ideas?
If you click on the battery in the app, does it say what the percentage is (you should be able to see both batteries when you click on the battery in the app).
If it's < 2% it might need a call to giv or your supplier to get it started again, might need a visit to jump start it.
Rebooting the system and resetting it to defaults might help, as might checking for any loose connections on the Comms cable, especially at the inverter end. I'm not sure how the Comms is wired up for multiple batteries though.
Have a search of the site here for further details on reboots and resetting to defaults.

The battery was operating normally, on Saturday it being sunny the PVs charged it up and it discharged in evening.
Contacted GivEnergy this morning and support advised system needs a firmware update so will see if that fixes it.
