My GE charger is fairly new and reliability has been disappointing so far.
It worked fine over the weekend but just plugged in intending to schedule an overnight charge using the GE portal when after about 10 minutes it failed with fault code = 11. The same error happened about 10 days ago and the installer - who is excellent but this is his first GE charger install - said that code was coming down the data line from the car (which is a Smart #1). Error 11 is Abnormal CP voltage.
I have opened a ticket with Support but wondered if others have seen this error?
